All website orders shipped have ten (10) days from order delivery to be inspected. Any issues after the ten-day grace period are subject to a restocking fee. All serialized orders (Rifles, Pistols, Short Barrel Rifles, Lower Receivers) cannot be returned or replaced, unless manufacture defect, once the transfer of ownership via ATF Form 4473 has been completed. All returns can be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% at the discretion of Battle Arms Development.
All Custom Shop Work is non-refundable once work has started.
Shipping rates are calculated by the carrier at the time of checkout.
We ship via USPS or UPS. Depending on the value of the product being shipped, a signature may be required to receive the product.
A tracking number will be provided by email on all orders. Please note that USPS tracking is very limited and may not show the progress of the shipment until delivered.
Even if nothing is updated in the system, the package is usually on its way to you.
Battle Arms Development, INC. ships to all fifty (50) states in the US including Alaska & HI. We also ship to Guam and Puerto Rico.
Serialized Items (Lower Receivers, Firearms)
Please note that serialized items will not ship until we have a copy of your transferring dealers Federal Firearms License (FFL) emailed to [email protected].
Please make sure your chosen dealer will accept transfers before ordering.
NFA Items can take anywhere up to 6 months to transfer to your dealer.

Battle Arms Development, Inc. provides a tracking number upon order processing. If you do not receive a tracking number by email, please email or call us. If the lost package is a result of a mistake by Battle Arms Development, Inc., we will replace the loss.
If the lost package is the result of the courier's mistake, we cannot replace the shipment until the insurance claim is completed.
Please note if you choose USPS First Class there is no insurance on this package type.
Note: Insurance is not included in USPS First Class Shipping, USPS Priority Shipping includes $50 of insurance.
Due to ITAR Regulations, we are unable to ship to APOs outside the USA. While we proudly support the Members of the US Military deployed around the world and believe that it is a great privilege to service their needs, we must fully comply with the United States Export Control Laws and Regulations. Under these laws and regulations, a shipment for personal purchase to an APO/FPO that is physically located outside of the United States must be considered an Export, regardless of your military service status, rank, etc.

Return / Warranty Policy
*Limited Lifetime Warranty
All Battle Arms Development, Inc. (BAD INC) products have a limited lifetime warranty against any and all manufacturer’s defects and workmanship to the buyer/customer. The warranty does not cover normal maintenance. Warranty claims may be generated by filling out the online support form for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once the support form is received and approved, the customer will be assigned an RMA # and may ship the warranty product to BAD INC per the RMA instructions.
Shipping to and from BAD INC’s facilities, government fees, damages caused by lack of maintenance, international sales, are not covered by this warranty. Once the warranty product is received, BAD INC will inspect and evaluate for warranty eligibility. If the product is determined by BAD INC to be covered by the warranty, BAD INC will either repair or replace it at BAD INC’s discretion. Warranty products received without an RMA # will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
No COD shipments will be accepted. This warranty does not apply to abuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear of any parts or protective finishes. Warranty does not cover product compatibility issues with after-market accessories. Any modification to the product from the factory shipped condition will render the warranty null and void. Proof of purchase must be provided at the time of the warranty service.
The following are specifically excluded from coverage under this warranty and/or will cause said warranty to become null and void:
Rust or corrosion
Damage or malfunction resulting from accident, negligence, misuse, or unauthorized repair or alteration.
Use of ammunition other than NATO and/or SAAMI specification new factory production ammunition.
Use of any hand loaded, reloaded, imported or, factory re-manufactured ammunition.
Failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance as described in the Operator’s Manual/documentation accompanying the product.
Use of replacement parts other than parts authorized by BAD INC for use in BAD INC products
Any unauthorized repair or any alteration, including those of a cosmetic nature, performed on the product by an individual, organization, company, or entity other than BAD INC.
Unreasonable or excessive use of the product.
Any finished products that are not assembled at BAD INC’s facilities or are assembled using imported or used parts.
This includes complete rifle kits, upper receivers, lower receivers, barrel assemblies, etc.
No implied warranties of any kind are made herein.
*Limited Warranty does not apply to any products sold that are not manufactured by BAD INC.
Those products are covered under their respective manufacturer’s warranty. BAD INC assumes no liability for accidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of accidental or consequential damages and therefore this limitation may not apply to you.
Products must be in new condition with original packaging.
Products must be return shipped with adequate protection.
If the order being refunded is at fault of BAD INC we will refund shipping charges.
Otherwise, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
Refunds for items purchased directly from Battle Arms Development will be returned to the original method of purchase.
Please provide a copy of the receipt and sales order number to expedite the process.
The customer will receive a refund within 10 business days of our receiving and validating your return.
